1. Licensed product. This license covers the specific LUT pack identified in your paid order, including its LUT files and accompanying materials listed in the product description. A purchase does not transfer exclusive rights in the product: rights holders retain their rights in protected elements. A different license applies only if expressly identified on the product page before purchase or separately agreed in writing. Keep your order confirmation as evidence of the license you acquired.
2. Start, territory and duration. Once Wix confirms full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one user, for an unlimited term and worldwide use, subject to applicable law and these terms. There is no recurring license fee for the purchased pack. Worldwide permitted use does not mean that sales are available in every country. Visiting a payment page or returning from it does not activate the license.
3. One licensed user. An individual purchaser is the licensed user. A company or other organization may purchase for one designated employee or contractor working on its behalf. This is not a shared team license: each additional person who accesses or applies the LUT files needs a separate license or a separate written agreement extending the license. You may install the pack on your own working devices, make private backup copies accessible only to the licensed user, and modify LUTs for your own licensed workflow.
4. Permitted finished work. The licensed user may apply original and permitted modified LUTs to an unlimited number of personal and commercial photo and video works, including client projects, advertising, films, social media and paid publications. Finished rendered images and videos may be published, broadcast, exhibited, sold and distributed without transferring the LUT itself. Attribution to dedtoto is welcome but not required. No additional fee or royalty is due under this license for those permitted outputs. Your own lawful results remain yours; this license does not assign them to dedtoto.
5. No file sharing or distribution. You may not sell, give away, transfer, rent, lend, share, sublicense, repackage, publish or distribute the original LUT files or modified versions containing their data. This includes sharing through messaging services, shared drives, cloud libraries, public links and torrents, as well as inclusion in courses, preset collections, templates, apps or other products that let a third party obtain or extract the LUT. Free distribution, attribution or renaming a file does not replace permission. Permitted private backups must not become shared libraries or download sources for other people.
6. Clients and editable projects. A client may receive and use a finished rendered video or image without buying a separate LUT license. This does not grant the client rights to the LUT files. Before handing over an editable project, remove original and modified LUT copies and embedded data from which the pack's contents could be extracted or reconstructed, or use rendered media. A client or collaborator who needs the LUT for independent editing must obtain their own license. Even if a recipient holds a license, you may not distribute your copies to them: their files are supplied through their own purchase or separate written permission. You may not present a modified copy as your independently created pack. These restrictions do not cover genuinely independent materials that do not use the product's data.
7. Datasets, derivative products and services. Without separate written permission, you may not include pack files or modified versions containing their data in a distributed dataset, extract their data to create a distributed competing product, or include them in a service that effectively gives third parties independent access to the pack's contents. This does not prohibit the permitted finished images and videos in section 4, or acts that applicable law mandatorily permits despite contractual restrictions.
8. Contents, compatibility and purchase scope. Before purchase, check the contents, file formats, required input color profile, compatible software, instructions and material limitations on the product page. Results depend on the source image and the stated workflow. The purchase includes only the described pack. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not include individual adjustments, training, future products or optional future updates, and does not promise perpetual download hosting or a unique or exclusive artistic result. No rights are granted to the dedtoto brand, portfolio images and videos, drafts, prompts, internal materials, methods or the creator's tools. Mandatory conformity, update and support obligations remain. License extensions and additional work require a separate agreement.
9. Breaches and protection of rights. For a material breach, the rights holder may require it to stop and use lawful, proportionate remedies, including platform removal procedures for unlawfully shared copies and court proceedings. Termination of the license follows notice describing the breach and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where it can be remedied. This license imposes no arbitrary penalties, unconditional retention of payment or automatic finding of breach solely because a buyer contacts their bank or brings a lawful claim.
10. Refunds and termination. If cancellation or a full refund ends the license, stop new use of the pack and delete the LUT files and private copies to the extent lawfully required under the license, subject to mandatory retention rights or duties. A partial refund alone does not terminate the entire license. The prohibition on file distribution remains. Finished images, videos and client deliverables lawfully created before termination may continue to be used and distributed; they need not be recalled or deleted merely because the tool's license ends. The refund rules and mandatory law apply.
11. Version and mandatory rights. The version presented and agreed at checkout applies to the purchase. New restrictions do not retroactively worsen earlier purchase terms unless the buyer expressly agrees to a change or the law requires it. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content, or other rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. Neither this license nor the choice of language assumes one country's governing law or an exclusive place for resolving disputes.
