1. Inquiries and project agreement
The site's inquiry form and estimate are starting points for discussing a project. Neither confirms a final price, date availability or acceptance of an order. Before work begins, the parties agree on the subject, deliverables, technical requirements, schedule, price, advance payment, number and scope of revisions, and usage rights. The agreement concluded by the parties governs the individual project.
2. What the client receives
The client receives only the agreed final deliverables. Drafts, prompts, internal production materials, working project files and explanations of internal methods are not included. Publishing a portfolio does not grant access to those materials.
3. Additional work and revisions
Tasks outside the agreed scope are carried out after the additional scope, price and scheduling changes have been agreed and the agreed advance payment has been received. A correction required by law or the contract is not reclassified as a paid extra.
4. Usage rights
The agreement specifies the scope, duration, territory and permitted uses of the result. Rights in earlier and future independent works, general tools and materials outside the order are not transferred. Exclusivity, restrictions on working with competitors and rights in related projects do not arise automatically. The author's freedom to develop independent works and an artistic approach remains within the agreed and lawful limits.
5. Client materials
The client must hold the rights and permissions needed for materials supplied for the project and their use within the agreed scope. Providing materials for assessment does not authorize their publication as a separate project by the author.
6. Keeping files
Archiving production materials after completion and delivery is not provided as a service. The client is responsible for retaining the final files received. Retention of personal data and mandatory accounting records is governed separately.
7. Acceptance, termination and settlement
Acceptance, project termination, payment settlement and correction procedures are agreed before work starts. These rules do not declare every advance payment non-refundable or treat silence as automatic acceptance of the result. Mandatory rights remain available. A new version of this page does not, by itself, change an agreement already concluded.
