Version 1.3 · 30 September 2026.
1. Shop status and seller
LUT packs are currently sold through Gumroad (gumroad.com). Gumroad acts as the reseller and merchant of record: it processes the payment, applicable taxes and delivery of the download link, and Gumroad's terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction together with these terms and the DEDTOTO DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE. Sections 4–6 describe the dedtoto.com checkout, which is currently disabled. All sales are final once the files are delivered; mandatory rights for non-delivery or defective files remain. dedtoto is the name of the creative project and collection, not a statement of legal form or country of registration. Contact: nakamurakin@proton.me.
2. What you purchase
A purchase provides the digital files of a specific pack and permission to use them under the version of the DEDTOTO DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE presented and accepted. The right to use a paid product begins after full payment is confirmed. Exclusive rights in the product are not transferred, and no physical item is shipped. Before payment, the product page states the contents, number of LUTs, formats, input color profile, supported software, instructions and material limitations. The price includes only the listed contents; future collections and optional updates are excluded unless stated otherwise. Mandatory conformity and update obligations remain.
3. Results
A LUT transforms color within the specified workflow. Results depend on the source material, exposure, white balance, color space, software settings and display. A pack is not a personal color-grading service and does not promise an identical result on every source. Examples must truthfully demonstrate the stated effect; this explanation does not excuse a product that fails to match its description.
4. Checkout and acceptance
Before placing the final order, check the pack, quantity, total price and currency, contact email and applicable terms. Active acceptance of the purchase terms and applicable license, with a link to each document and identification of their versions, is required before payment; no choice is preselected. This confirmation does not replace separate consent to immediate digital delivery. The final ordering action must clearly indicate an obligation to pay. Under these terms, the order is accepted and the contract formed when Wix confirms a fully paid order on the seller's behalf. Creating an order, an acknowledgement of receipt, a pending status, bank authorization or a return to the site does not by itself provide that confirmation. The buyer must receive a confirmation of the accepted order that can be saved.
5. Price and payment
Prices come from the Wix catalogue. Before payment, Wix Checkout shows the total, currency, applicable taxes, discounts and any expressly stated additional charges. Use a payment method available in checkout. Your bank may apply its own conversion or fees; these are not additional dedtoto charges. The price of an accepted order does not change retroactively. If an order is not accepted, money actually received will not be retained without a lawful basis. Available territories and payment restrictions are stated before the final ordering step; purchasing from every country is not promised.
6. Digital delivery and confirmations
A pack is provided after payment confirmation and fulfilment of immediate digital-delivery requirements. Before this purchase flow opens, it must support a separate active consent with no preselected checkbox, any required acknowledgement of the consequences for withdrawal rights, confirmations linked to the order and a saveable email containing the purchase terms. General acceptance of terms, marketing choices or payment itself do not replace these steps. Sales remain closed while the necessary mechanisms are unconfirmed. If the legal conditions for losing a withdrawal right are not met, that right remains.
7. License, delivery and support
The pack description, license, delivery and refund rules and seller and licensor information are available before payment and form part of the order terms. Confirmation must preserve the order number and contents, amount and currency, required seller information, agreed terms and license versions, two independent confirmations — acceptance of the terms with the license and immediate delivery — support contact and access to files after payment. A saveable copy of the accepted terms is required; a link to an editable webpage alone is not a substitute. A new pack release or license version does not replace the terms or file for an earlier order. For non-delivery, an error or a file problem, email nakamurakin@proton.me with the order number and issue; do not send payment secrets. Refusing advertising and optional cookies does not prevent a purchase.
8. Changes and mandatory rights
The version presented and accepted when placing the order applies. Updating the site does not worsen an earlier purchase's terms unless the buyer expressly agrees to a change or the law requires it. These terms do not exclude mandatory rights or remedies for non-delivery, defects or non-conforming digital content. Governing law and the competent authority are determined by applicable legal rules; these terms do not assume one country or impose one exclusive location for all disputes. The language selected does not remove mandatory buyer protection.
