1. dedtoto's creative work
Rights in protected videos, photographs, writing, graphics, editing and other creative expression made by the author and published on dedtoto.com remain with the author or another identified rights holder. Public viewing, a direct link and the technical ability to save a file do not give permission to use it in your own publications or projects.
2. Uses requiring permission
Without the relevant rights holder's prior written permission, you may not copy work for republication, re-upload it elsewhere, distribute or sell it, or use it in advertising, commercial presentations, products, templates or libraries. Adaptations and derivative materials are also restricted to the extent protected by law. Mandatory statutory exceptions remain available.
You may not claim authorship of another person's work, present it as your own, or falsely imply collaboration with or endorsement by dedtoto. A credit or link alone does not authorize the uses listed above.
3. Rights information
Do not remove or alter author credits, rights information or watermarks to conceal a material's origin or facilitate unlawful use. This restriction applies within the limits of applicable law.
4. Links
You may share an ordinary link to a public dedtoto.com page without copying the work or misrepresenting authorship or a partnership. Use of a social platform's built-in sharing feature is governed by the permissions provided there; it does not grant permission to download the file and publish it independently on another service.
5. Automated extraction
For protected materials belonging to the author, the rights holder reserves reproduction and extraction rights for creating datasets, training models, and text and data mining, to the extent applicable law permits that reservation. This statement does not override mandatory statutory exceptions or claim rights the author does not hold.
6. Third-party materials
Trademarks, music, fonts and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Displaying them does not give visitors a separate licence or imply that dedtoto can transfer all rights in them. An unofficial advertising concept does not imply a commission, partnership or endorsement by the brand concerned.
7. Purchases and commissioned work
A LUT or other digital-asset purchase grants rights in the specific purchased product under the accepted version of the DEDTOTO DIGITAL ASSET LICENSE. It permits personal and commercial finished works, including client work, as provided by the license; it does not extend permission to the entire portfolio. A video commission grants only the rights expressly agreed for that project. It does not transfer rights in the author's earlier or future independent work, tools or materials excluded from the project deliverables. A commission does not, by itself, prevent the author from using a general artistic approach in other work.
8. Permissions and infringements
To request permission, email nakamurakin@proton.me with a link to the work, the proposed use, platforms, duration and whether the use is commercial. No response does not mean consent.
If an infringement occurs, the rights holder may require it to stop, contact the relevant platforms and pursue remedies available under the law.
9. Limits of these rules
Mandatory copyright exceptions remain available. These terms do not claim a monopoly over any idea, genre, mood or method. They protect specific creative expression within the limits of the law. Rights expressly granted earlier are not revoked retroactively merely by changing the text of this page.
