How delivery works now. LUT packs are currently sold through Gumroad (gumroad.com). Right after payment, Gumroad shows the download page and emails a receipt with a link to the ZIP to the address used at checkout; the files can also be downloaded again from that email or from a Gumroad account. If the email does not arrive, check spam and then contact nakamurakin@proton.me with the order details. Sections 1–2 below describe the dedtoto.com checkout, which is currently disabled.
1. Delivery method
The LUT pack is a digital ZIP linked to the purchased Wix Stores product. No physical parcel is shipped. Before payment, check the contents, formats, input profile, compatibility and access to your specified email. Only the contents listed for the selected pack are included.
2. Confirmed payment
Wix's native digital delivery provides a link after confirmed payment is received, with an email to the order address. A created or pending order, card authorization, checkout redirect or opened result page is not payment and does not unlock the file. While payment is pending, follow the confirmed order status and contact support if it does not change; check the first order before placing another. Failed or cancelled payment does not grant ZIP access.
3. Immediate delivery and consent
Before provision begins during an applicable statutory withdrawal period, the required separate active request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of its consequences for withdrawal rights must be obtained. No choice is preselected. Confirmations must relate to the specific order and be included with the terms in a saveable purchase confirmation. General acceptance of terms is not a substitute. Immediate access must not silently start without valid consent. Purchases remain disabled until the agreed process is technically confirmed. If the legal requirements for ending a withdrawal right are not met, the right remains.
4. Link expiry
Wix's native delivery rules give a sent link a 30-day validity period. Its expiry does not end a perpetual license for a lawfully purchased pack. After downloading, keep a private backup within the license terms. Contact support with your order number to request a new link; restoration is checked against the paid order and availability of the corresponding file release. Re-delivery must preserve the file and license version belonging to that order; updating the current storefront does not in itself change an earlier purchase. Perpetual link hosting and an archival storage service are not promised. This does not limit mandatory rights for non-delivery or other problems.
5. Emails and file problems
If payment is confirmed but the download email is missing, check spam and the email address on the order. For an unavailable link, damaged ZIP, missing paid contents or extraction errors, contact nakamurakin@proton.me. Include the order number, pack and error description; software information can help where relevant. Do not provide payment secrets. Requests are handled under the refund rules and mandatory law.
6. Confirming the terms
The buyer must receive an email that can be saved, containing the order number and contents, amount and currency, required seller information, accepted terms and license versions, information about two independent confirmations — acceptance of terms with the license and immediate digital delivery — support contact and access to the file after payment. The terms must be provided as saveable text or by another suitable durable means; an ordinary editable link is insufficient. The downloadable release includes the full license texts for the order in EN/JA. Merely opening a success page is not evidence of payment, inbox delivery or a download; having a link does not prove loss of a statutory withdrawal right. The agreed scope of the purchased license and mandatory rights remain.
