1. What you receive. A LUT pack is licensed digital content, not a transfer of ownership of the LUT files. This license covers the specific pack identified in your paid order, including the LUTs and any accompanying instructions. A different license applies only if expressly identified on that product page before purchase. Keep your order confirmation as evidence of the license.
2. Start and duration. After Wix confirms full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one user, subject to these terms and any mandatory rights. There is no recurring license fee for the purchased pack. Merely visiting a payment or return page does not activate the license.
3. One licensed user. An individual purchaser is the licensed user. A company or other organization may purchase for one designated person working on its behalf. The license is not a shared team seat: each additional person who accesses or applies the LUT files needs a separate license. You may install the pack on your own devices and make private backup copies accessible only to the licensed user.
4. Personal and commercial projects. The licensed user may apply the LUTs to an unlimited number of personal and commercial videos, films, still images, advertisements, social posts and client projects. You may publish, broadcast, exhibit, sell and otherwise distribute the resulting rendered images and videos. Attribution to DEDTOTO is welcome but is not required. No additional fee is due under this license for those permitted outputs.
5. Working with clients. Clients may receive and use the completed rendered output without buying a LUT license. They do not receive a license to the LUT files themselves. When handing over an editable project, remove LUT files and embedded copies that could be extracted, or use rendered media. A client or collaborator who needs the LUT files to edit must obtain their own license.
6. Adjustments and prohibited distribution. You may adjust a LUT for your own licensed workflow and use it in permitted outputs. You may not share, sell, rent, lend, sublicense, upload for others, repackage or distribute the original LUTs or standalone modified versions. Do not include them in preset collections, template packs, apps, training downloads or other products that let another person obtain or extract the LUT data. Private backups are permitted; shared download links and shared asset libraries are not.
7. Pack scope and compatibility. Check the product’s stated file formats, contents, input profile, supported software and installation guidance before purchase. Results depend on the source image and the stated workflow. The purchase includes the described pack; it does not promise future packs, perpetual download hosting, optional future updates, unique results or exclusive use. This does not remove any update, conformity or support obligation imposed by applicable law.
8. Breach, refunds and continuing outputs. A material breach may lead to termination after notice describing the breach and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it where it can be remedied. Any action must be proportionate and lawful. If the purchase is cancelled or fully refunded so that the license ends, stop new use and delete the LUT files and private copies to the extent lawfully required by this license, subject to any mandatory retention rights or duties. A partial refund alone does not end the entire license. Completed rendered works and client deliverables made lawfully before termination remain usable and distributable; they need not be recalled or deleted merely because the source-file license ends.
9. Your rights remain. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content, or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. The refund policy explains change-of-mind requests and statutory remedies. Any license changes apply to future purchases, unless you expressly agree otherwise or the law requires a change.
