LUT packs are currently sold through Gumroad (gumroad.com), which processes the payment and delivers the download link. All sales are final: there are no voluntary refunds once the files have been delivered. Statutory rights for non-delivery or defective files remain (section 3). Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled by Gumroad as the merchant of record. Purchase and support contact: nakamurakin@proton.me.
1. Digital products and changing your mind
After access is provided, there is no additional voluntary refund or exchange for a functioning LUT pack that matches its description. This includes changing your mind, no longer needing the pack, preferring another artistic result, or choosing incompatible software or an input profile when the requirements were clearly and correctly stated before purchase. No voluntary satisfaction guarantee is offered. This does not remove an applicable statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase.
2. Immediate access to content
Where applicable law allows a withdrawal right to end upon immediate digital delivery, it ends only once all legal requirements are met. Before provision begins, there must be a separate active request for immediate delivery and any required acknowledgement of the consequences, with no preselected choice. Required information must be linked to the order and included in a confirmation that can be saved. General acceptance of terms, payment, creation of a link, visiting a result page or downloading do not by themselves replace the necessary confirmations. Sales remain disabled until this process is technically confirmed. If the legal conditions are not met, the withdrawal right remains.
3. Non-delivery, errors and non-conformity
The restriction on voluntary refunds does not cover statutory claims for non-delivery, a damaged archive, missing paid files, a mismatch with the stated contents or compatibility, or other defects. Depending on the problem and applicable law, remedies may include restored access, correct files, a fix, a price reduction or termination with a refund. Duplicate and mistaken charges are considered separately. Downloading does not remove these remedies.
4. Contacting support
Email nakamurakin@proton.me. Include the order number or information that lets us find it, the pack name and the issue. For technical questions, the software name and version, input profile and error message may help. Do not send card numbers, CVC/CVV, banking passwords, verification codes or passports. Additional information is requested only as necessary. A missing screenshot or another understandable form of contact does not by itself remove statutory rights. Applicable law determines claim periods, not an arbitrary internal shop deadline.
5. Refund payments and disputes
A justified refund is made by the method and within the time required by applicable law. A voucher will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund. Lawful bank disputes and applications to a competent authority or court are not prohibited. The seller may supply accurate order, confirmation and delivery information to resolve a dispute. Contacting a bank is not itself an established breach.
6. Licenses and finished work
If a full refund and contract termination end the license, stop further use of the pack and delete LUT files and working copies to the extent lawfully required, subject to mandatory retention rights or duties. A partial price reduction alone does not terminate the entire license. Finished images, videos and client deliverables lawfully made before termination may continue to be used and distributed. This does not allow transfer of LUT files; the distribution prohibition remains. The license terms and mandatory law apply.
7. Version
The rules presented and agreed when the purchase was made apply. A new version does not retroactively restrict rights under an earlier order without a proper basis. Mandatory buyer rights remain regardless of the selected language.
