1. About this information
This page describes actual data handling on dedtoto.com: portfolio browsing, video-project inquiries, correspondence and available LUT SHOP functions. Personal-data contact: nakamurakin@proton.me. dedtoto is the project's creative name; the name alone does not identify a registered company.
2. Video-project inquiries
The form receives your name, email, selected project type and answers about its purpose, formats, number and length of videos, scope, source materials, visual direction, idea, reference link, preferred date, languages and additional requests. The comment is optional. The exact information depends on your choices. Required fields are marked; a contact is needed to reply and the necessary project details are needed to consider your request. You can browse the portfolio without submitting an inquiry. The form is not intended for passports, banking secrets or sensitive information. Provide other people's information only if you have a lawful basis.
3. Where an inquiry goes
After submission, the server validates the information and saves the inquiry in a restricted Wix CMS collection. It also saves the inquiry number, language, receipt date, status, generated brief, estimate where available and the confirmation you selected in the form. Server identifiers distinguish a repeat submission from a new inquiry. To limit spam, the server also stores one-way hashes of your email address and of your network (IP) address and counts recent inquiries per hour; the IP address itself is not stored. Wix Email Transmissions then requests a notification containing the contact and brief to dedtoto's work mailbox at Proton Mail. The success message on the site means that storage was confirmed; it does not prove inbox delivery. This form does not currently send an automatic email to the applicant. Unsubmitted text remains in the open form's state, rather than in an automatically saved server draft.
4. Correspondence and purposes
Direct email involves the sender address, subject, message content, time and materials voluntarily attached. Contact details and the brief are used to reply, clarify the task, prepare a proposal and perform a separately agreed project. Pre-contractual steps at your request and contract performance use the corresponding legal basis where recognized by applicable law. Other inquiries and site protection involve legitimate interests in support, security and defending claims, taking people's rights into account. Mandatory record keeping and lawful disclosure requests rely on the relevant legal obligation. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or constitute final acceptance of a project order.
5. Technical information and form protection
The infrastructure receives information needed to deliver pages and videos and operate services: IP addresses and other network-request information, page addresses, browser and device details, technical identifiers and error information within the functions used. The site's inquiry handler does not record a raw IP address in the inquiry. An email hash and a request-content hash are stored to prevent spam and duplicate submissions; hashing does not make this anonymous data. The rate limit uses a one-hour interval, which is not an inquiry-deletion period. Notification logs written by the code contain the inquiry number, technical outcome and transmission identifier, without the contact text or brief. You can contact the work email if the form is temporarily rate-limited.
6. Cookies and optional functions
Necessary technologies support requested site operations and apply cookie choices. Functional features and analytics are allowed separately, only after an active choice. Category choices and necessary technical information are used to save and apply that choice. With permission, analytics may process information about page visits, actions and devices within enabled Wix services. The Cookies page explains specific records, expiry and renewal. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal applies to future processing and does not undo the lawfulness of previous processing. Browsing is not consent to advertising.
7. Portfolio and external links
Video previews are loaded from Wix Media; standard Instagram embeds are not used. Instagram links open the corresponding external page when you choose them. The destination receives network-request information and applies its own rules. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent portfolio viewing.
8. LUT SHOP and purchase confirmations
LUT packs are currently sold through Gumroad (gumroad.com). When you buy there, Gumroad collects and processes your payment, email and order data as the merchant of record under its own privacy policy; dedtoto receives the order details Gumroad provides to sellers (such as name, email, purchased product and amount) to provide support and handle license questions. The dedtoto.com checkout is currently disabled; the rest of this section describes that prepared checkout flow. Wix Stores and cart functions use session and cart identifiers, selected products and quantities for the requested action. In the prepared checkout flow, the server saves a private administrative record: cart and checkout identifiers, language, server acceptance time, separately the acceptance of purchase terms with the license and the request for immediate digital delivery, the confirmation wording shown, document versions and saved texts with their hashes, order contents, prices and currency, product specifications and the link to a specific digital-file release. Association with an order is established using verified Wix data. This information serves purchase performance, preservation of the agreed terms, consent verification, support and protection of lawful claims; it is processed on the relevant contractual, legal-obligation or legitimate-interest basis where that basis applies. Technical hashes of documents and order contents are not a device fingerprint and do not, by themselves, prove a person's consent. This record does not require additional provision of a passport, full IP address or payment secrets. Acceptance of the license, terms and digital delivery does not include advertising or optional cookies and is not blanket consent to all data processing. Information about the actual payment provider and data shared with it will be added before sales begin. Opening a payment-result page does not confirm payment or grant file access.
9. Providers and international processing
Wix supplies hosting, CMS, media, shop functions and notification delivery. Its Data Processing Addendum covers visitor data processed on the site owner's behalf. Wix.com Ltd. is in Israel; infrastructure and suppliers also operate elsewhere. Proton AG provides the work mailbox. Proton Mail's current policy places its servers in Switzerland, Germany or Norway and allows backups for up to 30 days. This is not the retention period of correspondence in the mailbox itself. Provider information on countries, subcontractors and contractual mechanisms is linked below. It does not mean all site processing takes place in one country or that every international transfer is automatically permitted.
10. Retention and deletion
Inquiries in Wix CMS, administrative consent records and emails currently remain until separately deleted; the project has no age-based automatic deletion. Deciding whether further retention is necessary involves completion of the inquiry or purchase, any agreed project, performance obligations and evidence of accepted terms, applicable mandatory record-keeping periods and an unresolved dispute. These criteria do not set an arbitrary common deadline for every record. Cookie expiry is not server-record retention. Deleting an inquiry from CMS does not automatically delete its email copy; information needed for lawful record-keeping or protection of claims is considered separately. Provider logs and backups have separate processes; immediate disappearance of all copies is not promised. You can request a retention review or deletion at the work address. Archival storage of production materials is not provided as a client service.
11. Rights and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request information and access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing on the relevant basis and withdraw consent. Email nakamurakin@proton.me and identify the inquiry or data concerned. A proportionate identity check may be needed to prevent disclosure to someone else; a passport is not a standard required attachment. Requests are answered within the applicable legal period; retaining information or refusing a request requires a lawful basis. You may contact the competent supervisory authority or court.
12. Protection and changes
Inquiries and administrative consent records are not published in the catalogue or on site pages; access to private collections is restricted by Wix server and administrator permissions. Absolute security is not promised. Information is updated when functions, recipients or purposes change. Where new consent is required, changing the text alone does not replace it.
